Coronavirus (COVID-19) Practice Plan

If you have ANY of these symptoms:

• fever
• cough
• sore throat
• shortness of breath
• Ear Ache
• Diarrhea
• Headaches
• runny nose

OR

• had close or casual contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having coronavirus in the 14 days before getting sick.

Please do the following:

STEP 1: Do Not Come into this Centre - We do not have the facilities to test for Coronavirus.

STEP 2: Contact Health Direct on 1800 022 222

If you are in respiratory distress call 000

What can you do to prevent the spread of infection?

1. Wash you hands frequently with soap and water or a sanitser gel
2. Catch Coughs and sneezes with a tissue or use you sleeve if tissue unavailable
3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
4. Avoid close contact with people who are unwell
